Villa Ruinart is a 6 bedroom Luxury Villa located within the secure beachside community of Bahía de Marbella.  Just a 2-minute walk to the sandy shores of Marbella's Eastern coastline it is ideally suited to families or groups of friends that want the convenience and exclusivity of a beachfront location.

Entertaining both indoors and outdoors is definitely the highlight of Villa Ruinart with a large indoor cinema-size screen, bodega (which can be fully stocked to your wishes) and games rooms indoors as well large covered and open terrace space for those marvellous evenings of alfresco dining.  Whether you decide to use a Private Chef or prepare meals yourselves the professional Josper Barbeque and brand new top of the range kitchen with Gaggenau appliances will mean you can prepare a true Gourmet feast with ease and the oversized, hand-crafted wooden table nestled in the covered terrace is perfect for everyone to dine together.

The Bedrooms are distributed over 3 floors with the Master Suite with Emperor size bed,  his and hers dressing rooms, huge en-suite bathroom and private terraces occupying all of the top floor.  On the ground floor you will find a large Super King Size Double Room, again with en-suite bathrooms as well as two twin rooms each with their own bathroom too.  On the lower level there are two further Super King Size Double Rooms with a shared bathroom.  The location alongside the games and entertainment room makes these two rooms ideal perhaps for younger members of the family or those that want to party on a little!  The study on the ground floor does also have an option of a double sofa bed so this can also be used as a 7th bedroom however it does not have it´s own bathroom.  All the Beds are dressed with Hotel Grade Egyptian cotton linens and quality bath towels and amenities are provided for that 5-star feel.

The living areas are all very open and spacious with the indoors and outdoors seamlessly interconnecting and ideal for the outdoors lifestyle that we all enjoy in Southern Spain.  With this large area all on one level, it also makes it straight forward for guests with young children or for elder persons that find stairs a bit of a challenge.  The terrace and pool area has a real South-East Asia vibe with the dark tiles in the pool, oversized furnishings and Buddha overlooking whereas the rest of the house has a more eclectic Luxury finish. It really is the perfect property to relax and unwind with every amenity that you require in close proximity and for those that aren´t the 24/7 concierge team is on hand to help.

The large driveway means that guests travelling with their own vehicles or car hire have plenty of space to park privately and securely and there are also garages for those that want a covered space.  The property is also ideal for small events and celebrations due to its excellent kitchen facilities and large areas of terrace and gardens all at the one level.

Sleeps 12 adults comfortably plus 2 extras on a sofa bed and cots are available for children.
